Why I Stopped Using Parler
The answer is very, very simple actually
So people started asking the awkward question expecting an awkward answer, but the answer isn’t so awkward actually, so here it is:
Q: Why has Remso stopped using Parler?
A: Because when I try and log into my account, I can’t get the text with the code confirmation, so I’m basically stranded from my 29k followers.
Yes, there are people I still know at Parler who could probably help me, and would do so happily. I just don’t see getting back onto that one platform as a priority since I have an active presence on so many others.
Social Media I Have (and How Often I Visit)
Spreely (their app is trash and I use it mainly to post show links and my articles)
Parler (even if I could get back in, it barely ever works)
Antinewslive.com (post show links and stuff, don’t read messages since I had so many)
Vero (I think I’m the only person there)
Clouthub (This site is like MySpace on crack, and that isn’t a compliment. This is where I’ll go if there are no options left, ever)
MeWe (I don’t like this one at all but the website works at least)
Minds (I do check Minds, the app is reliable)
Facebook (My page reach is throttled)
Twitter (I’m on it and check regularly)
Instagram (probably the one I like the most and am on daily)
