Skills & Knowledge Needed to Endure Tough Times
From learning to hunt, investing in Bitcoin, and leading a simpler life, I've got you covered
You Control Your Own Actions
Marcus Aurelius said in Meditations that “the obstacle in the way, is the way.” We all want to think that we can change the world, that through enough sheer willpower we can control the actions of others and fight for the exact desired outcome we want. The truth is though, that the only real way to impact the world in any significant manner is to start with one person- yourself.
You might be worried about the action of a president or by elected officials, you might be worried about a pandemic that never seems to be ending, you might be worried about many things that are ultimately outside of your control but that’s the thing- they are outside of your control.
If you want to benefit from these obstacles that seem to be growing by the second, all you can do is engage, overcome, and adapt. From learning new skills to developing wider and sharper mindsets, you won’t just survive during dark times, you’ll thrive.
“You have power over your mind - not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.” ~Marcus Aurelius

In the Absence of Parler
It seems to be extremely turbulent times for my old friends at Parler. Whether they are able to come back or not, it is important we leverage the power of the remaining social media sites so we can stay connected. I recently joined MeWe and Clouthub and will continue to post regular content there as I do on all the other platforms I’m still on.
Alternative apps and platforms opposing Big Tech matter more than ever, so be patient as these new platforms work out the kinks as they grow and evolve over time if you aren’t a fan of them first.
